Shipping & Returns


 ACEPUMPANDSUPPLY.COM will try to do whatever it takes to insure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We want to be your source for online Water Pumps, Electric Motors, Irrigation Supplies and Accessories. We know that the key to that success is complete customer satisfaction.



In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused item to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or credit. Refunds will be applied to your credit card originally used for purchasing the product(s). Items paid for by check or money order will be issued a refund check within 10-15 days of receipt of returned merchandise. Credits will be assigned in the way of a "Gift Certificate" which can be used on your next purchased item.


 


The following conditions apply to "ALL" items returned for refund, credit or exchange. Please insure you meet the following conditions prior to submitting a return:



 Returned items must be received in a new / unused condition. A member of our staff will inspect items returned for signs of usage, tampering, exchanged parts, scratches, dirt/debris, alterations or other signs of use. Item(s) returned which show signs of use or modifications in any way, will be shipped back to customer at customer's expense.



 Please return all products 100% complete, including all original manufacturer boxes and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete. No refunds, credits or exchanges will be honored if the returned item(s) does not meet "ALL" of the above criteria. Item(s) returned to our office which do not meet the above, will be shipped back to customer at customers expense.


 


The following conditions apply to those orders that may have inadvertently been shipped the wrong item(s):



 ACEPUMPANDSUPPLY.COM makes every effort to insure that the product(s) you receive is the product(s) that you originally ordered. If you were inadvertently shipped the incorrect product(s), we will exchange the product and refund the shipping cost up to a maximum of $12.00, at our discretion depending on availability of the ordered product(s) once the incorrectly shipped item(s) have been received in our office.



 Returned items must be received in a new / unused condition.  Customer should return the incorrect item(s) using a shipping service that provides tracking information or delivery confirmation. We will not exchange, credit or refund item(s) being returned to our store that were lost in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to insure that the returned item(s) arrive at our office. The above recommendation is for your protection as item(s) are periodically lost during transit.



 No exchanges, credits or refunds will be submitted prior to the incorrectly shipped item(s) being returned to our office. The correct ordered product will ship the next business day after receipt at no additional shipping cost to customer.



 Customers who wish to return a product for exchange; credit or refund should insure that "ALL" the above conditions have been met.


 



The following conditions apply to item(s) that may be missing in a shipment:



 Upon receipt of your shipment, shipping contents should be inspected for order completeness. If an item is missing from your order, you MUST contact our office at 954-981-7424 within five (5) business days after receipt of your shipment. No replacement item(s) will be shipped if we are not contacted within five (5) business days after receipt.



 Please keep in mind that depending on shipment size and product availability; products may ship in separate boxes. Item(s) shipped separately, although they may ship on the same day, may periodically arrive on separate days depending on the shipping carrier. Please insure that your ordered product(s) have not been shipped separately.



 At ACEPUMPANDSUPPLY.COM we make every effort to insure that your order is fulfilled in its entirety. In order to do this, each item is weighed prior to boxing and those weights as well as total shipping weights recorded and filed. In the event we are contacted that an order is incomplete, we will check these shipping weights against the products that should have been included with your order. If your shipment is found to have been lacking, a replacement item(s) will be shipped to you on the next business day depending on availability, at no additional cost to the customer. If the missing item(s) is out of stock, we will contact you and give you the option of either waiting for item restocking (usually no longer than 4-5 days), a credit for future purchase or a full refund including estimated shipping cost for the missing item(s) up to $12.00.



The following conditions apply to warranty replacement or repair of item(s) covered by manufacturers warranty:



 Defective products within the manufactures warranty period may be returned to our office, Ace Pump and Supply will inspect the item(s) and notify the corresponding manufacturer. It is the manufacturers option to either repair or replace the defective product at their discretion. ACEPUMPANDSUPPLY.COM shall not be held liable for product warranties other than those provided by the individual product manufacturer, nor shall ACEPUMPANDSUPPLY.COM be held responsible for loss of wages, damages whether direct or indirect, shipping cost or other expenses that may have been incurred from the loss of the warrantee product or the replacement time incurred by the manufacturer.

Shipping


 


The shipping process will take  1 or 2 business day, depending on the time to clarify the payment with the Bank.



LIMITATIONS:



 Shipping cost will NOT be refunded except in cases were the customer was shipped the wrong item unless otherwise stated herein. In such cases, reimbursed shipping expenses shall be the original shipping cost for that item but shall not exceed $12.00.



 ACEPUMPANDSUPPLY shall not be held responsible for losses incurred during the length of time taken for refund, credit or exchange.



 ACEPUMPANDSUPPLY.COM shall not be held responsible for item(s) shipped by the customer, which are lost in transit.
